We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns work at Haunt & Flaunt.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and hygienic liners intact.
- For hygiene reasons, hosiery (fishnets, stockings), and bodysuits or lingerie with the liner removed cannot be returned unless defective.
- Clearance items marked final sale are not returnable.
How to Start a Return
Email hauntandflaunt@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions. Please don't ship items back without contacting us first — items ship from multiple supplier warehouses and must go to the correct address.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return being received and inspected.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.

Need a different size? The fastest route is to place a new order for the size you want and return the original for a refund.
